I do not feel that i got a realistic description of what to expect from an expensive eyelash lift. I’ve gone to Sam for brows for over a year and have been satisfied- so I trusted the expectations she set for the outcome. (Photos show lustrous full lashes after the treatment - as opposed to a result which barely lifts eye lashes.) When I shared my displeasure, Sam said that I need to use some other products to help me have fuller eyelashes. I think that Sam should be more straightforward with potential clients who are investing in a costly time-consuming process. It doesn’t create the kind of lashes you see on someone who has thick longer fuller lashes to begin with. Or - why not suggest that your client waits until they have thicker lashes by using other products first that will help?
